First of all the craftmanship, attention to detail, choice of logs and placement of unique pieces in key places makes the overall look and feel of the home indescribably unique. There have already been a lot of people who have come to see the construction and they are literally in awe when they look at the beauty of it. Your team is crazy skilled and Jamie and Rob are clearly focused on making sure the construction is done well. We could not be happier with our new, one of a kind log home. Secondly, the way you worked with us was outstanding: your professionalism, the way you responded to our questions and dug in until the right decisions were made. Lake Country Log Homes – Rob and Jamie in particular – have a clear customer service bent. You can tell you thrive on exceeding expectations which is a rare quality these days. As I look at the house, I am still amazed at the way we were able to convert those original sketches I did up and make them a reality. Thank you for exceeding the commitments you made.
