An exciting day for our clients in Ohio – the log shell package is being re-assembled on site! Notice the P-Gasket which we install in all the laterals and that acts as a sealant and insulation.

The front of the log home where we can see the staggered corners. Notice the rough opening for the windows and double doors. The bottom round is left in at door openings and is then cut out at the client’s job site.

The log shown here will be swung into place at the rear master bedroom wall. You can see the slabbing that will accommodate a 3-foot-wide shower stall.

Here’s a great photo of some wall slabbing that will accommodate the kitchen counters. You can see the start of a rough opening for a nice wide window at the kitchen sink. Once the main floor log walls are complete, a beam will run perpendicular to this wall just between the slabbing and the door opening.
